RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• To design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve TRON’s web and backend software.
• To optimize applications that maximize speed and scale.
• To write well-designed, efficient code that meet the relevant security standards.
• To integrate with external and internal services and interfaces.
• To participate in: software requirements analysis, collaborative design and code review, and test plan creation.
• To optimize UI and application code for efficiency, reusability, and performance.
• To ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• To debug and develop root cause analysis.
• To mentor other team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Has experience as web/backend developer related for least 3+ experience.
• Software development with at least 3+ experience in one or more general purpose programming languages: Go, PHP, Javascript, Python.
• Experience with server-side web frameworks such as Django, Laravel, or Node.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL (Relational Database).
• Experience with NOSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Open to exploring, learning, and implementing new technologies and concepts.
• Interest and ability to learn other programming languages as needed.
• Understand relevant software engineering and computer science concepts.
• Loyal and team oriented.
